Workshops for Women in Life & Career Transition 

I offer small, reflective workshops for ambitious women who are approaching or moving through life and career change — when familiar ways of operating no longer work and clarity is needed before the next step.

These are not training sessions or group coaching programmes. They are contained spaces to help women understand what’s shifting beneath the surface and make sense of transition before pressure builds.

Workshop: When What Worked No Longer Does 

Identity and clarity at life and career change points​

This workshop is for women who sense that something has changed — even if nothing looks wrong on the surface.​

Often, this moment arrives quietly. Old roles, expectations, or definitions of success no longer fit, but the next chapter isn’t yet clear.

Together we explore: 

1. Identity during periods of change 

2. Why old strategies stop working

3. Decision-making at life and career crossroads

4. What needs to be released before the next chapter can take shape

1. Normalise transition

2. Reduce self-doubt and overthinking

3. Reconnect with internal authority

4. Reconnect with internal authority

You’re early or mid-transition and want clarity before making decisions.

Workshop:Confidence
That Holds 

Identity and authority in business​

This workshop applies identity-led transistion work within a business context. ​

It's for women in business who notice their confidence becoming less reliable, not because they lack ability, but because their role, visibility or responsibilities have shifted. ​

This is not confidence training or mindset work. 

Together we explore: 

1. Why confidence often dips when business roles evolve 

2. How identity lag affects decision-making and authority 

3. The difference between performing confidence and holding it 

4. What needs to shift internally for confidence to stabalise again

This work supports women to:

1. Understand what’s really behind confidence wobbles

2. Stop over-correcting with mindset or performance strategies

3. Reconnect with grounded internal authority

Best suited if: 

You’re capable and experienced, but your confidence feels less stable than it once did.

Often, clarity begins through conversation rather than assumptions.​An initial exploratory conversation offers space to talk things through, understand what’s really shifting, and see what kind of support, if any, would be useful at this stage.​There’s no pressure and no obligation.

This work is intentionally focused on women navigating transition. It’s not mindset coaching, motivation work, or quick-fix support.
